Exhibitors and brand listings
Clerkenwell Design Week brings hundreds of manufacturers, showrooms and studios into EC1 for three days. The Official Design Guide is where visitors decide which of them to walk to.
Who exhibits at CDW
The exhibitor mix spans furniture, lighting, surfaces, textiles, flooring, and acoustics, alongside the permanent Clerkenwell showrooms that open for the festival. It covers established manufacturers and independent studios showing for the first time.
Brands appearing in the guide's 2027 promotion include Kohler, Kronospan, Dulux trade, Baux, Universal fibers, Original btc and others. The full CDW exhibitor list is published by the organisers on the official CDW website each year.
How a guide listing works
Every listed brand gets a logo, a short blurb, contact details, its showroom or stand address, and a QR code linking to its page in the digital companion. That is the baseline: enough for a visitor holding the printed guide to find you and route to you.
Above the baseline, a Featured slot adds a full-page editorial feature and a product spotlight in the digital edition, a Spread adds a double-page editorial and a featured position on the digital home, and a Cover Partnership takes the inside or back cover along with a named installation moment on-stand at CDW.
Do you have to be a CDW exhibitor?
Not necessarily. A participating UK showroom or a distributed product line qualifies a brand for a listing. Plenty of the audience arrives looking for suppliers rather than stands, and the guide is read for twelve months rather than three days.
Deadlines
The guide prints in the first week of April 2027, ahead of the 25-27 May show dates. Listings are reserved with a 50% deposit, and the asset brief and spec sheet are sent within 48 hours of that deposit. Balance is due two weeks before the show opens.
